Worksmart's Head of Sales, Joel Bramwell, successfully completes the Tokyo Marathon as part of his 14 month Charity Marathon Challenge that will culminate in him running 150 miles across the Sahara Desert in April 2010.


Tanya Thompson also joins the Commercial Team to provide support to Worksmart's existing clients. We wish her well in her role.

Worksmart launches Citiphone - its managed communications service offering for the Financial Services industry which includes Mitel IP Telephony, Mitel's IP Trading Solution, FSA compliant Call Recording and inbuilt DR and Business Continuity wrap around.

Worksmart successfully launches a new revolutionary billing and CRM platform in partnership with Aurora Kendrick James. Customers can now benefit from full online client area giving access to monthly billing data and reporting tools.

Simon Nevitt joins Worksmart's Commercial Team to develop the hosted telephony sales channel. He will be working closely with our service provider partner, Voxalis, to grow the hosted client base. We wish him well in his role.
