Part of the BT Group, Openreach was launched in January 2006 to provide installation and maintenance services on behalf of the UK’s Communications Providers. They are responsible for the nation’s local access network or ‘first mile’ – the place where millions of calls, web searches and business deals are started each day.
Openreach services, support and maintain the wiring, fibres and connections which link millions of homes and businesses in Great Britain to Communications Providers’ networks.
Worksmart Technology utilises the expertise of Openreach in the provisioning of its communications services.
Gamma Telecom provides award winning network carrier services through channel partners and is now one of the largest 4 network carriers of voice minutes in the UK, providing the size and scale that we want to offer our customers.
Worksmart Technology holds a Mobile Virtual Network Operator status with Gamma in Partnership with Vodafone which allows us to provide mobile network services directly to our clients controlling the price and contract terms and allowing us to provide the same standard of service and support for fixed line, IP and mobile services.
We also use Cisco networking equipment and HP servers.
