For clients who require management information from their telephony system, we have developed a hosted call-management platform in our data centre. Using the dedicated access feed, call-logging data is passed in real time from the client’s equipment to our logging platform in the data centre.
Pre-selected reports are emailed to clients on a scheduled basis containing information on call usage levels and response times. To gain further information clients can access the platform and run reports from their data via a secure web browser link. This service removes the need for dedicated call-management software and hardware to be installed and supported on a client’s site.
