As well as supporting our customers from an engineering point of view, Worksmart Technology offers our customers a range of additional support services.
Technology Advice
With the fast pace that technology is changing it is easy to lose touch with the latest development in business communication.
Part of the service that we offer at Worksmart is to act as technical advisers, keeping you informed of new technologies as they become available that deliver improved office productivity, enhanced customer service and reduced costs.
Account Management
As a Worksmart Technology customer you will be assigned a dedicated account manager, who is available as a point of contact and who will proactively seek to have periodic reviews of your business needs, to ensure you are getting the maximum value out of your communications. Your account manager will continue to be there for you if you have any questions or additional needs.
Technical Support
With 24/7 support in our operations centres, we don’t expect you to have many technical problems but our support team are on hand in the unlikely event that you do.
Engineering Support
The Worksmart Technology hosted IP communications services rely on sufficient bandwidth being available on your premises to guarantee quality of service. Should your network infrastructure require updating and expanding or indeed you move to new premises, the Worksmart Technology engineering team can provide a complete cabling evaluation and installation service.
Roll-out Services
When switching to a new communications service, it is important to be confident that the roll-out of these services will take place smoothly and with minimum disruption to your business operations. The Worksmart Technology project management and roll-out team is experienced in coordinating the delivery of our hosted communications and will ensure you are informed of the progress and timing of each step.
They will also assist with any training requirements, so that your staff can concentrate on their business and not be inconvenienced by the switch over to a new communications solution.
