Phone calls pass to and from the PTSN (Public Switched Telephone Network) using VoIP. We integrate our SIP Trunking service with the appropriate data line from our portfolio to ensure that call quality is assured at all times.
Customers can retain their current range of telephone numbers and in the event of circuit failure can have all direct dial numbers re-directed to a different location.
Our SIP trunks can be specified to carry from 4 to over 100 trunks when specified with the appropriate supporting data circuit.
Where a customer has SIP trunks connecting multiple sites all ‘on – net’ calls between sites are free of charge.
