Ad Hoc Conferencing
Ad hoc or on-demand conferencing allows you to initiate a conference call from your hosted IP telephone, for as many as 8 participants. It is quick and easy to use and is perfect for bringing together a small number people on a call to share information or resolve issues.
Scheduled Conferencing
For professional conferencing for up to and beyond 100 participants, there is the Worksmart Scheduled Conferencing service.
Participants receive an email informing them of the date, time, phone number and guest ID required to join the conference.
Scheduled conferences are all password-protected, with administrator and guest access PIN numbers. Scheduled conferences can be recorded for future reference or for staff who are unable to attend for any reason.
