White Label Service
For partners wishing to manage their clients directly, we offer a complete white label service, which allows partners to recognise revenues, bill clients directly and provision first line technical support. The service includes sales and marketing collateral for branding with your own logos and contact information, including solution guides, order forms, terms and conditions, together with wholesale pricing.
Platinum Partner Scheme
As a Platinum Partner you retain full control of your customer’s installation project, from hardware and software provisioning via our dealer portal, on site installation and project management and provision of front line technical support services. In return you can earn lucrative commissions at the point of sale and via monthly billing (calls and conferencing etc) and service rental revenue throughout the duration of the customer’s contract. Platinum Partners are expected to pass advanced levels of technical, sales and operational training provided by Worksmart.
